Title IX and Non-Discrimination Notice
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ (ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳) does not discriminate on the basis of a protected class including but not limited to race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, or disability in the programs, including in the provision of its CTE courses, or activities, including the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups, which it operates or the employment therein or admission thereto.
ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ is committed to providing a safe environment in which students can learn. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ shall maintain a non-discriminatory environment protecting students from discrimination and harassment. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ encourages students, parents, and staff to work together to prevent acts of harassment of any kind including bullying.
Harassment of students and staff members is prohibited at all academic, extracurricular, and school sponsored activities. ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳ prohibits harassment in the school environment, whether or not the harassment initially occurred off school grounds or outside the ÐÓ°ÉÂÛ̳’s education programs or activities. The school environment includes school facilities, class connect sessions, and school-sponsored activities (such as extracurricular events or field trips).
